1. When can I get the price?
If your the detail of the bags is enough , we will quote for you within 12 hours on working time, and will quote in 24 hours on off-work time.
We generally need below information to quote: Bag’s shape(Usage), Material, Color, Size(length,wide), Quantity, Surface finishing.
2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
If you need printed samples, we will charge about $300-500 to cover the cost.
3. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PDF, EPS, TIF, high resolution JPG
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 7~12 days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 5-7 days.
You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2~3 weeks.
